Welcome Home! Look no further.!!!!  Our 4 bedroomed 3 bathroom private pool villa is a 'little gem'. We are extremely proud of our home and have furnished the property to a high standard to ensure we provide you with a holiday home you also can be proud of.

The villa is south facing which offers dawn to dusk sunshine for the avid sunworshipper and is located in the heart of a very peaceful location on a well tended and gated community. (Westridge Manors South).

The villa has a larger than normal pool with a spa attached both having been completely re-skimmed and in pristine condition. A large pool heater is available for the cooler months (October - April).

Our villa is spacious and fully equipped both inside and poolside and in excellent condition

The house is very close to the Disney Parks, Outlet Mall shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and world class golfing.

There is no need to call at an office to collect keys to our villa. We provide you with lock box codes and entry gate codes to the community so you can drive straight from the airport to the villa.

Our management company is just 5 minutes from the villa to handle any unforseen events.

Living
Our villa has two elegantly furnished lounge areas. Quality furniture including sofas, side tables and a central cocktail table are provided in each. Large flat screen TV's are provided in each room. Relaxation is no problem in either room.

Our front lounge is integral with the elegant dining table.

The poolside lounge leads directly to the pool deck and forms part of a kitchen diner lounge.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with  a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, large fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee percolator, electric kettle, toaster, waste disposal unit.

All appliances are new and were replaced in September 2015 with all crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware utensils being replaced at the same time.

Our kitchen also serves as a kitchen / diner with an extendable table capable of seating eight guests.

Dining
Formal dining in style is catered for at the villa with a beautiful dining table seating eight. Just perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner

Bedrooms
4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

Two beautiful and tastefully furnished bedrooms each with a queen sized bed dressed with high quality 'Tommy Bahama' bedding. Bedside nightstands and dressers plus an en-suite bathroom attached to each queen room, the master also houses a large walk in shower, large bath and walk in closet. The second queen has a shower/bath.

Each queen room has a flat screen TV installed and all bedrooms have a ceiling fan to compliment the air conditioning throughout the villa.

The twin rooms have a bedside lamp and nightstand.

All our bedrooms have an excellent supply of spare pillows and bedding

Bathrooms
3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

The three bathrooms in the villa comprise of two en-suite bathrooms attached to the queen bedded rooms with the third bathroom serving the two twin bedded rooms and as a poolside bathroom.

Each has a power shower equipped with adjustable shower heads and shower over bath tubs with the exception of the master bedroom which has a separate walk in shower and bath.

Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom with a plentiful supply of towels and hand towels.

Pool
Our villa has a lovely pool. It is larger than normal for this villa type and has a spa attached. It is cleaned weekly by our 'pool guy' and is chemically balanced to ensure bathing comfort and hygene. The pool is filtered for a minimum of 6 hours daily and in the cooler months we have a large pool heater. Pool heating is normally recommended between the months of October and April.

Poolside we have plentiful sun beds and seating, a large umbrella providing shade and a dining table. You will also find a large babeque which is free to use for our guests.

"PLEASE NOTE" Our pool area is fitted with removeable safety fencing and alarmed exterior doors to prevent young children exiting the house and falling into the pool although if you are competent swimmers and you choose this can easily removed and turned off.

Outside
Our villa is on a cared for estate. Lawns bushes and public areas on the estate are cut weekly. The villa is located on a quiet street in the middle of the estate which means although the villa is in a very peaceful location it is not remote or isolated.

Our guests have free use of our HOA full sized swimming pool and gymnasium. The club house also contains a small library and an internet room.

Garage
The garage houses the washing machine and dryer with a linen line for drying laundry.

Vehicles can be placed in the garage but we do recommend keeping the door closed as much as possible to avoid uneccesary wild life access to the villa.

Internet
The villa has good wi-fi inside and poolside and is free to use. We also provide free unlimited landline calling to the UK, USA, Canada and many other worldwide locations

There are 4 flat screen TV's with a Premium TV channel package to include sports channel coverage.

Baby Equipment
Infants are welcome and we are able to supply a cot and high chair although for ease whilst travelling we would recommend you bring your own pushchair / stroller.

As mentioned in the pool section we do have safety screens by the pool and alarmed external doors

Accessible
Wheelchair Accessible - No
Although the villa is single storey and on one level, there is a small gradient from the drive to entering the property which would make wheelchair useage difficult. A degree of mobility would be no problem although only the master bedroom shower would realistically be useable. Please call to discuss

Pets
Pets Considered - No
Although we love pets, sadly for the benefit of other guests we are unable to accommodate visitors wanting to bring pets with them.
